According to sources, Mariah Carey has been in the British capital for a series of meetings with a top theatre producer who has now offered her a 15,000-pound-a-week contract to play on stage.“Mariah’s done a bit of acting in her time but nothing on this scale, she will make her stage debut next spring.” the Mirror quoted a source as saying.
“And although there’s been talk of musicals, Mariah has always wanted to star in a play so this really is a dream come true,” the source added.
