Gaga tops charitable celebrities poll

London Pop star Lady Gaga tops the charitable celebrities poll of the year, beating actress-musician Alicia Keys.

Gaga's outspoken support for gay rights and her tireless efforts in the campaign for the repeal of US military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy placed her at number one, just ahead of Keys who led the charge against HIV and AIDS in 2010.

The poll was combined by teen charity DoSomething.org, the Dailystar.co.uk reports.

Singer-actress Taylor Swift, Hollywood couple Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, actor Matt Damon and singer Justin Bieber all featured in the top 10.

Lady Gaga's waxwork at all Tussauds' museums

Pop singer Lady Gaga is the next celebrity set to be immortalized in wax by Madame Tussauds, with separate eccentric figures debuting simultaneously in the museum's New York flagship as well as many of its other locations worldwide.

The 24-year-old Poker Face singer will be the first star to have her waxworks launched at all 10 Madame Tussauds' museums at the same time.

The total cost will be $1.5 million to model different statues of the 24-year-old pop singer," dailystar.co.uk reports

Lady Gaga will unable to write music if she falls in love

American singer Lady Gaga has managed to be a hit from the first day she arrived in Australia for her tour.

Lady Gaga, arrived in Brisbane at dawn, dressed in a lavender suit with strategic holes ripped in front and back of the skintight pants, reports the Daily Telegraph.

The singer, who has been in Brisbane for two days, will perform on May 19 and record a spot on ‘Dancing With The Stars’, before she moves to Sydney on May 20 before her May 22 show at Acer.

Her tour will then take her to Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
